Position Title: SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator 

Department: SMT 

Location: Santa Ana, CA 

FLSA Status: non-exempt , Full-Time

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a skilled SMT Operator to join our team. As an SMT Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality electronic components.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Operate and maintain SMT equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality electronic components

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance

- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and achieve production goals

- Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Qualifications: 

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience operating SMT equipment

Physical Requirements: 

- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. 

- Manual dexterity and the ability to work with small electronic components and equipment.
