SNACK BAR ATTENDANT

Description

• Give 110% effort towards Customer Service at all times; this includes maintaining a well-kept café, welcoming mannerisms, and creating a legendary experience for guests.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner using standard formulas and direction.
• Act as cashier by processing payments in the form of cash, gift cards, or credit card in exchange for café items
• Demonstrate outstanding selling and people skills by building rapport with customers.
• Contribute to general cleanliness of the café and lobby area; keep the café stocked with products, communicating with management when product inventory is low or out.  
• Handle all equipment with care.
• Stays informed on the café’s menu offerings, including seasonal specials. 
• Supports team members during busy periods and helps 18° staff as required. 
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards. 
• Special assignments as designated by Manager.

Requirements

• Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to Guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance. 
• A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team. 
• Passion for providing extraordinary service. 
• An appetite for learning (and great food). 
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts. 
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Pursuing High School Diploma, or a General Education Degree (GED) is preferred. 
• Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required. and Desirable Attributes
