Snack Bar Manager and Snack Bar Supervisors

We are seeking enthusiastic 1 Snack Bar Manager and 2 Snack Bar Supervisors to join WILLOW CREEK COUNTRY CLUB. Experienced in restaurant, concession or kitchen to run our Snack Bar Restaurant operation. This is full-time seasonal position that will start in May and run through the end of the 2024 golf season (September/October). If after a successful golf season, continued employment in our clubhouse department may be offered based on seasonal performance. Great opportunity for a couples team, educators and those from the ski industry who have the summer off and would like to come back year after year. 

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older and have complete open availability
• Must posses or be willing to acquire a Food Handlers permit and Alcohol Serving permit
• Must be honest, extremely reliable, and have an attention for detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and work in a fast paced environment for more than 8 hours at a time
• Able to work effectively well with people and function as part of a team. 12-15 Employees.
• Friendly and hospitable personality.
• Alcohol Serving experience preferred.
• Provides an exceptional experience to the Membership.
• Helps place orders for product.
• Helps conduct Monthly Inventories.
• Keeps the Snack Bar Clean, and Products Stocked and Organized.
• Prepares Food and Drinks Members.
• Ensures all Food and Drinks are Rung in the POS.
• Help assist in opening and closing the snack bar by demonstrating the ability to complete tasks and collaborate effectively with the team and ensure side work is completed.

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly wage: Snack Bar Manager $20-22/Hour+ Tips, Snack Bar Supervisors $18-20/Hour+ Tips (Pay Based on Experience)
• Benefits include a great work environment, flexible schedules, free employee meals, golf and swimming privileges on Mondays when you are off.

Job Type: Full Time

Shift: Flexibility on working Opening, Mid and Closing Shift.

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Required Weekend availability
• Holidays availability
