Snowflake Data Lead

Work Location
Cincinnati OH (Onsite Mandatory)

Job Description:
Experience 8 to 10 Years

Technical Skills Primary:

· Primary Technologies: Snowflake ETL Qlik Replicate Preferred
· Database Technologies: Oracle SQL MS SQL Server, Cloud Azure Snowflake
· Strong hands-on experience on Snowflake development and support
· Experience with Snowflake security managing roles and permissions
· Must have experience in incident management problem management and handling service requests
· Should be able to provide technical guidance and user training
· Should be able to provide propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency reliability and performance of Data platforms
· Experience in working closely with offshore teams leading and mentoring teams
· Should be able to present weekly monthly KPI dashboards to customer on project health
· Perform Root cause analysis and provide timely resolution
· Ensure technical goals are in line with the business goals of the organization

Technical Skills Secondary – Nice to have NOT MANDATORY:

· Experience in Qlik Replicate
· Create ingestion patterns manage and maintain jobs
· Familiar with Agile software development methodologies
· Good Knowledge of Data warehouse concepts
· Should be very strong in database concepts

Soft Skills:

· Must have Excellent communication interpersonal and listening skills
· Strong Domain Knowledge
· Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
· Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
