What will you do?

As District Manager (SoCal), you'll drive results and oversee store operations within your district. Reporting to the V.P. of stores, you'll develop and lead a team of managers, fostering a culture of inclusivity and high performance. You'll be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing productivity, and achieving profitability. Plus, you'll play a key role in building our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Lead and develop a diverse team, providing coaching and mentorship.
Drive sales performance and exceed targets through innovative strategies.
Ensure a great customer experience by engaging with customers and building relationships within the community.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
Manage store operations, including inventory, loss prevention, and visual presentation.
Monitor and engage with social media posts, guiding and inspiring as needed.
Drive additional revenue in stores and build customer loyalty through monthly events.

What will you need?

Minimum 7 years of retail management experience, including 3 years in district management.
Resides in the Los Angeles Market and able to travel locally up to 80% of the time.
Strong communication skills and ability to foster a consultative selling culture.
Basic video and social media posting skills.
Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record of talent development and team leadership.
Innovative, proactive, and hands-on approach to business.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule.
