The Assistant Soccer Coach supports the Head Coach in developing a competitive, disciplined, and Christ-centered soccer program. This position assists with practices, game preparation, player development, and supervision while helping student-athletes grow athletically, academically, personally, and spiritually.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach      with planning and conducting practices and games.
• Teach soccer      fundamentals, strategies, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Support the development      and evaluation of student-athletes.
• Promote Marian Central      Catholic’s mission and model Christian leadership and character.
• Maintain a safe,      positive, disciplined, and competitive team environment.
• Follow all Marian      Central Catholic and IHSA policies and expectations.
• Assist with equipment,      game-day responsibilities, communication, and other duties assigned by the      Head Coach or Athletic Director.
