We are looking for a Social Media & Creative Specialist. 

Levin Papantonio has represented injured people and families since 1955, taking on some of the largest corporations in the country in courtrooms nationwide. We're seeking a creative, energetic Social Media & Creative Specialist to own the firm's day-to-day social presence, from planning and writing content to publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate is social-first and can also make the content: designing graphics, editing short-form video, or both. This hands-on role blends social media, design, video, and photography, and works closely with our marketing team and attorneys to turn our cases, community involvement, and firm culture into content people want to follow.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. 

Occasional evening, weekend, or travel availability for firm events may be required 

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or organization
• A portfolio showing social content you created and the results it produced
• Graphic design skills, video editing skills, or both, using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, Canva, or similar
• Strong writing skills and a sharp eye for layout, composition, and visual storytelling
• Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite
• Comfortable photographing events, headshots, and candid shots, with basic photo editing skills
• Sound judgment about what to post, when to respond, and when to escalate
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple social, design, video, and photo requests at once
• Willingness to collaborate across departments and directly with attorneys

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Appreciated):

• Experience in legal, nonprofit, advocacy, or other regulated-industry media
• Motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar)
• Hands-on paid social experience on Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn
• Experience directing on-camera talent or subject matter experts
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or broader digital strategy
• Event coordination or vendor management experience

Job Duties:

Social Media Management

• Manage and publish content across the firm's social media pages and multiple attorneys' Meta accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Plan and maintain a weekly content calendar, writing captions and copy in the firm's voice
• Monitor accounts and engage with followers: respond to comments and messages, like, share, and repost, and route potential client inquiries to intake
• Track trends, platform changes, and competitor activity, and turn them into timely content
• Report monthly on performance with clear insights and recommendations
• Support paid social campaigns, including creative testing and tracking results
• Ensure all content meets brand standards and Florida Bar advertising rules

Content Creation: Design & Video

• Design graphics for social media, digital ads, and other marketing campaigns
• Shoot and edit short-form video for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including captions, graphics, and music
• Assist with setup and recording of social media content, attorney videos, and commercials
• Submit advertisements to The Florida Bar for review and approval as required

Print & Firm Initiatives

• Create print materials and promotional items, from concept through vendor ordering
• Support recurring firm and employee initiatives with design, photography, and coordination
• Compile and send a weekly internal email highlighting the firm's social media posts of the week
