Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Marketing and Social Media Representative to join our team in the Electronics Recycling Industry. In this role, you will manage and keep up to date our Social Media presence on multiple platforms. You will also identify, research and implement other general marketing opportunities as well as implementing processes related to our website (SEO Maintenance) that will aid in maximizing social media efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience in posting to and managing a strong social media presence and identifying beneficial marketing opportunities for the company.

Responsibilities

Daily social media posting and management

Website management, as related to SEO and in conjunction with social media

Identify and implement general marketing strategies (Internet, Print, Conventions, etc.)

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Website management skills preferred

Previous experience in managing Social Media operations

Excellent computer skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A positive attitude and ability to be persistent

We follow the “Reuse – Recover – Recycle” Management Strategy. This ensures that your equipment never ends up in a landfill. This allows us to designate less material for final stage recycling and more material to be refurbished and reintroduced into the marketplace, which is, ultimately, the cleaner, more green option for these electronic devices. The more refurbished material that achieves its lifespan being extended means less new material being introduced into the overall equipment lifecycle chain, in turn bringing us closer to our goal of significantly more efficient sustainability.
