We're seeking a creative and collaborative Social Media and Field Marketing Specialist to help elevate our online presence and support local marketing initiatives.

Position Summary

As the Social Media and Field Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing content across our brand's social platforms and supporting on-site marketing for assigned locations. This role blends digital creativity with grassroots field marketing and is ideal for someone looking to grow within a evolving, multi-brand organization.

  Social Media & Content Creation

Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Create engaging content, including graphics, short-form videos, blog posts, and copy that reflect brand identity
Assist in creating digital and print marketing materials such as email content, flyers, and graphics
Schedule and publish posts using content calendars and scheduling tools
Monitor, engage with, and respond to customer messages, comments, and reviews

Analytics & Campaign Support

Track social media performance and email campaign metrics
Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach
Collaborate with the marketing team to support larger brand campaigns and promotions

Field Marketing Support

Act as a liaison between the corporate marketing team and designated Family Entertainment Group locations
Support event planning and execution for location-based promotions and community outreach
Manage location-specific marketing calendars and coordinate with local teams for holiday and seasonal events
Create and manage Facebook events, influencer outreach, and mascot branding (e.g., Roary)
Maintain communication with local tourism groups, chambers of commerce, and visitor centers

Requirements

  Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing support.
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with social media and email analytics. Experience with blog writing, email copywriting, or influencer coordination is a plus.
