Social Media and Influencer Specialist

Overview

The primary focus of this role is project management, specifically organizing content workflows and overseeing influencer partnerships. This includes managing communication, onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and aligned with brand goals.

We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with social media, well-equipped in reading organic performance data, identifying content trends, and building thoughtful content plans. This person should thrive in the fast-paced world of digital marketing and bring a deep understanding of what performs across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.

While content creation and publishing are part of the role, the emphasis is on driving results through strong coordination, planning, and execution. The Social Media and Influencer Specialist will work closely with the full marketing team in a highly collaborative environment and help identify growth opportunities on emerging platforms using performance insights and industry best practices.

This role requires proximity to one of the following AirSculpt Practices: Miami Beach, Atlanta, New York City, Nashville, or Washington DC (Vienna, VA).

Responsibilities: 

• Influencer Program Management (Onboarding, Communication, and Scheduling)


• Project Management of Content Requests


• Manage the execution of the organic social media plan across channels 


• Aid in the design, editing, production, and delivery of materials


• Provide ongoing social media trend research and competitive tracking


• Develop content ideas that support brand and business objectives


• Support Social Media & Content Director with Influencer Management


• Responsible for day-to-day content production using internal resources


• Other tasks as assigned by management

Required Qualifications: 

• Experience in communication with talent managers and influencers 


• Experience developing strategies for social media platforms focused on growth and engagement. 


• Minimum 3+ years of experience in content development and production, with an emphasis on content creation for social platforms 


• Exceptional in Creative Cloud products and Video Editing third-party apps for social


• Exceptional experience in project management tools 


• Experience in social calendars, Market research, and Community Engagement


• Experience in content creation and production processes/tools 


• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects concurrently. 


• Exceptional attention to detail, under tight timeframes


• Experience working in corporate systems and dealing with mutiple brick and mortar locations 


• Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to succinctly describe program objectives and requirements.


• Excellent communicator, adept at navigating, socializing and building advocacy for concepts and ideas within an organization


• Nice to have industry experience in healthcare, beauty, luxury, wellness

Preferred but Not Required:

• Bilingual preferred (Spanish)


• Salesforce experience

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)


• Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation

$60-70K. Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
