Job Description - Social Media and Marketing Administrator

Due to our continued growth, Atlas Excavating is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Administrator to be responsible for coordinating social media and marketing activities and providing administrative support for business development activities. Specific responsibilities shall include:




  • Develop, implement, and coordinate social media strategies to promote Atlas.

  • Create high quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

  • Coordinate and promote business development and marketing events.

  • Assist in the development and execution of business development and marketing initiatives.

  • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating trade show activities, and maintaining various databases.

  • Provide support in organizing meetings and appointments.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients.

  • Copy, scan, and assemble business development collaterals as needed.



Qualifications:



  • College degree in Graphic Arts, Marketing, Public Relations/Communication, or Business Administration.

  • 6 months - 1 year of experience

  • Creative and proficient in digital marketing, social media, and content creation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and with vendors and clients.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance metrics.

  • Proficient in MS Office
