Social Media & Marketing Specialist

Northstar Summit provides shared leadership, operations, and marketing support for several locally owned service companies in Eastern Idaho and Western Wyoming. Our brands include American Pump & Drilling, Cherry Glass & Aluminum, and AdvantaServ. Each company serves essential industries and takes pride in quality work, strong customer relationships, and community involvement.
We are seeking an in-house Social Media & Marketing Specialist (part-time up to full-time) to help manage and grow the online presence of our brands. This role blends social media strategy, content creation, posting, and graphic design. No agencies please.
This position will work closely with leadership and collaborate with our videographer to create engaging, authentic content that highlights our projects, people, and community.
Core Purpose
To support our local brands by creating and managing engaging marketing content that keeps our companies visible, professional, and top of mind within our community.
This includes planning and posting social media content, designing simple graphics, highlighting projects and jobsite work, promoting hiring and seasonal campaigns, collaborating on video content, and helping maintain a consistent brand presence across multiple companies.
