What You’ll Do

• Capture and post 3–4 Instagram/Facebook stories per day from behind-the-scenes moments, events, and the Salsa Queen’s everyday life.


• Stay on top of TikTok and Instagram trends—dances, sounds, memes—and adapt them for the Salsa Queen brand.


• Capture content, create a viral-ready video, and post it within minutes when inspiration strikes.


• Create fun, engaging, and on-brand videos and posts that make our followers stop scrolling.


• Respond to DMs and comments in our brand voice to keep the community engaged and loyal.


• Identify influencer and collaboration opportunities with foodies, creators, and local brands.


• Reach out to potential partners and help manage influencer relationships.


• Interact with other accounts to grow our audience and strengthen our online presence.


• Assist in planning and executing larger social media campaigns, photoshoots, and video productions.

• Organized & proactive: You don’t wait for content to come to you—you go out and find it.


• Bonus if you have food photography/videography skills and an eye for mouthwatering visuals.

Requirements

• Experience running social media accounts, especially Instagram & TikTok.


• Understanding of video editing, trending sounds, and platform algorithms.


• Comfortable being on camera occasionally (and making others feel comfortable, too).


• Available for onsite work in Salt Lake County.


• Willing and able to travel with the Salsa Queen team as often as required for events, trade shows, and content opportunities.


• Flexible schedule to capture content when opportunities strike.
