Social Media Assistant - Innovative Company

We are seeking a Social Media Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for managing and updating social media accounts across multiple platforms.
Must be proactive and creative to enhance our digital presence and engage our growing audience. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, has a flair for creativity, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our day-to-day social media presence across all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Develop and execute a digital marketing plan for each auction, to create campaigns.
• Measure the success of social and digital posts and campaigns by utilizing analytics to map strategies and performance
• Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
• Create and post daily content, including pictures, videos, and stories.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos, including ASMR content featuring our products.
• Monitor social media trends and make recommendations for content creation.
• Respond promptly to comments and messages on social media platforms.
• Engage in email communication, addressing inquiries and maintaining professional relationships..
• Analyze and report on social media performance and insights.
• Brainstorm and execute new marketing ideas.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as required by the social media Manager

​Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their specific audiences. Must know all the requirements to set up all social media accounts on all social media platforms.
• Previous experience in content creation, including photography and videography.
• Proficient in video editing and graphic design tools.
• Strong writing, editing & social listening skills.
• Friendly and customer service oriented.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in teams and also self motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

May work from home some of the time after familiar with job requirements, for the right candidate.
