Social Media / Branding Coordinator

We are looking for someone to assist with improving and growing our Brand and Content throughout our social media channels and our website. 

Responsibilities:

• This role is to manage our corporate social media accounts
  


• Creating and scheduling posts
  


• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  


• Responding to followers’ comments and queries
  


• Tracking performance analytics
  


• Developing, implementing and maintaining marketing strategies
  


• Monitor social media accounts (e.g., Instagram or TikTok)
  


• Collaborate with owner to develop content and campaigns
  


• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  


• Manage a content calendar
  


• Maintain brand image across social media channels
  


• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  


• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
