Social Media Content Creator

We are hiring a full time Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for content and engagement across various social media platforms. This position is ideal for a candidate looking to gain hands on experience in digital marketing, social media engagement and office administration. This is a full time, in-office position.

Social Media Content Creator Position Tasks and Duties:

• Manage daily social media content posting providing relevant feeds for our target demographics
• Drive search engine optimization via strategic content placement, utilizing tags to drive maximum engagement
• Monitor inbound correspondence on social media platforms
• Manage content feeds through Buffer
• Other administrative duties as required
• Provide input and constructive feedback for online blogs
• Post daily online content for various clients
• Collaborate with clients to ensure images posted online accurate reflect the brand ethos
• Review, edit and update content as needed
• Manage PPC online content
• Create infographics and blog posts
• Design visually compelling digital graphics
• Design within the framework of the brand guidelines as set by leadership
• Keep up to date with current graphic design trends

Social Media Content Creator Qualifications and Recommended Skills:

• Understanding of expressive typography
• Knowledge of current social media trends
• Experience in content creation
• Extensive knowledge of social media posting platforms including but not limited to:
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • Threads
  • Hootsuite
  • Medium

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to proofread outgoing documents and content
• Experience with Figma or Canva is a plus!
• Great organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Detail oriented, possessing the ability to work well with our office team
