Bevanda is a faith-based custom printing and drinkware company with a growing B2B e-commerce presence. We're looking for a social media content creator to bring our brand to life through the voices and stories of the people who use our products, creating engaging, on-brand content that's polished or spontaneous and filmed in the shop and out in the field.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced: 2+ years in content creation and videography/editing required; social media experience is a plus.
• Content Genius: Easily moves between cinematic edits and raw iPhone footage.
• Self-directed: Proactive, independent, confident, managing shoots and capturing content solo.
• Creative & Experimental: Brings bold ideas to life and pivots fast when things don't land.
• Natural Interviewer: Knows how to draw out great stories and make people comfortable on camera.
• Field-friendly: Comfortable around job sites or ready to dive in and adapt quickly.
• Platform Fluent: Understands what works on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube—and why.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Adobe, CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Notion/Trello/Asana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality photo and video content in polished and raw formats for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Capture on-site content and short-form interviews with customers in the field.
• Develop story-driven content that highlights real people and honest work.
• Pitch & test new content series, themes, and creative ideas.
• Edit & publish content using both phone and desktop tools across relevant platforms.
• Collaborate on analytics and strategy to keep content fresh and compelling.
• Work a full-time flexible schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (shifts to 8–5 in Q4)
• Travel within a 1-hour radius of the shop approximately once a month for content shoots.
