Job Description - Social Media Coordinator

Welcome to West Fort Worth Management, where we go beyond conventional political consulting. This is a full-time (Monday-Friday 9-5), in-person position, at our office in Fort Worth, Texas.
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing effective social media campaigns for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and deliver engaging content that drives brand recognition, fosters community change, and sparks meaningful interactions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the WFWM marketing team to strategize, plan, and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique brand voice, goals, and messaging, and translate these into compelling social media content.
Create captivating and shareable visual and written content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with client objectives.
Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, and foster engagement with followers.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely delivery of content.
Stay updated on best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in social media marketing.
Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or coordination, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content.
Proficiency in using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms for creating eye-catching visuals.
Familiarity and proficiency with scheduling platforms such as Later to effectively plan and manage social media content calendars.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to craft compelling narratives.
Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a track record of meeting deadlines.
Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Passion for staying ahead of social media trends, platforms, and technologies.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
