The Social Media Coordinator will play a crucial role in expanding our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand through various online platforms.Duties & Responsibilities:Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to our brand, industry, and audience, and respond in a timely and professional manner.Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy to enhance performance and reach.Monitor social media activity on night/weekend rotation.Provide support to the Manager of Social Media, assisting with administrative tasks, project management, and strategic initiatives to optimize social media operations.Assist with driving brand awareness, grow followers across all platforms, and build community through meaningful engagement.Special projects as needed.Manage and optimize online location listings, including updating business information, and leveraging features to enhance visibility.Provide monthly report highlighting social media trends.

QualificationsEducation:High School Diploma required.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.

Key Competencies:

Familiarity with social medial platforms and marketing tools: Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, & Reddit.Ability to grasp trends and act proactively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.Champion and encourage co-workers to leverage social media in a cohesive and on-brand way.Excellent verbal and written skills, as well as, organizational skills.Ability to travel, if needed.
