Job Description: As our Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying Omnia US's brand presence across various social media platforms. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling content, engaging with our community, and implementing strategic campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Your creativity and passion for wellness will help shape our social media strategy and inspire our audience to embark on their own wellness journeys.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, aligned with our brand voice and values.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all channels.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
