About the Job:

• Compensation: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour*

• Flexible, part-time
• Create and schedule social media content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories)
• Post content at a minimum of 4 times a week on all platforms
• Engage with followers and grow our online community
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and track social performance
• Update website and third-party listings
• Support marketing events and special promotions, including marketing plans and planning logistics and materials
• Develop innovative content strategies that elevate brand awareness, audience engagement, and overall digital performance beyond our current benchmarks.
• Analyze and interpret platform analytics to produce regular performance reports, identify trends, measure ROI, and make data-driven recommendations that continuously improve content strategy and campaign results.
• Own the creative process from concept to execution, identifying emerging trends, testing new content formats, and proactively introducing fresh ideas that keep our brand ahead of the competition while maintaining a consistent voice.
• Work independently with a strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities, optimize platform performance, and continuously enhance our social media presence through measurable results, creative innovation, and thoughtful audience engagement.
• Assist with administrative tasks and guest communications

The following traits/experience will help make you a successful hire:

• Skilled in content creation and editing (Canva, Adobe, Reels, Stories)
• Hospitality/restaurant experience
• Photography skills
• Social media savvy with a creative eye and attention to detail
• Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable with flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must have legal right to work in the United States
