Position: Social Media Expert (Korean Speaker)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Expert who is fluent in Korean and Spanish/English to join our team. This role is vital for our brand's digital presence, requiring a deep understanding of current social media trends, SEO strategies, and audience preferences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing upscale design and marketing content, managing our social media interactions, and ensuring our products resonate with our target audiences.

Responsibilities:

Research current benchmark trends and audience preferences to tailor social media strategies.
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to gauge content performance.
Create upscale design and marketing content for our homepage, banner/display ads, and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers; interact with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
Capture and edit high-quality lifestyle and product images for social media use.
Ensure the timely delivery of assets for the web and advertising campaigns.
Preferably have photo and video editing skills.
Upload new products and content on the web and social media platforms, including Spanish language options.
Demonstrate excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Utilize analytical and multitasking skills to manage various platforms effectively.

Required Skills / Experience:

MUST have knowledge of Beauty, Skin Care, or Personal Care products.
Must be fluent in Korean, with strong command in Spanish/English.
Friendly and pleasant attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Proven experience with the Big Commerce Sales Platform or similar platforms.
