Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focused on expanding our digital footprint and increasing our customer base through social media channels.
- Set clear objectives for increasing follower count, engagement rates, and overall social media presence.
- Oversee creating and publishing relevant, original, and high-quality content.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media strategies with business goals.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Implement ongoing education to remain highly effective and up-to-date on the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
- Drive continuous improvements by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and acting on the information.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly skilled in content creation, content editing, platform determination, and audience targeting.
- Demonstrated ability to grow social media accounts in terms of followers, engagement, and conversions.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
