Job Description:
As the Social Media & Website Manager, you will be responsible for implementing our digital marketing strategy to increase our online visibility, drive traffic to our store and website, and boost our sales. You will manage our social media accounts, create engaging content, oversee our website's functionality and aesthetics, and ensure a seamless user experience on our Shopify platform

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to enhance and grow our follower base.
Design and schedule regular posts using Canva, ensuring content is on-brand and tailored to our target demographic.
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and website traffic to adjust strategies as needed
Manage and update our Shopify website, ensuring product listings, descriptions, and images are current, accurate, and visually appealing.
Respond to customer inquires and comments on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.
Create and manage promotional email campaigns and newsletters.

Qualifications:
Experience in social media management and digital marketing ideally within the retail industry.
Strong proficiency with Shopify, Canva, and various social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Creativity and the ability to produce visually appealing and effective content.
A keen eye for design and detail, with an understanding of branding principles.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights based on analytics.
