Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in building brand awareness, engaging communities, and driving measurable growth across multiple platforms. Youll work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver creative campaigns that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (copy, visuals, short-form videos).

• Monitor, engage, and respond to community interactions in real-time.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.

• Manage social media ad campaigns for maximum ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Minimum of 4 years experience in managing social media campaigns and online communities.

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

• Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).

• Experience with social analytics and data-driven decision-making.

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling ability.
