Social Media Marketing Specialist

IN PARAMUS OFFICE, NOT REMOTE
Full Time 40 hour work week THERE WILL BE NO TIME FOR A SIDE HUSTLE/PERSONAL SOCIAL MEDIA while in the office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively across all platforms. It is important to not only be creative, but to be effective, ie are your posts/advertisements getting increased a) leads, calls, submissions, dms 2) likes 3) comments 4) follows 5) are the leads QUALITY, realistic leads?
KPIs will be monitored.

You will create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your posts and campaigns, ie measure KPIs and conversions. This is a plastic surgeon's office so you must be comfortable and professional when it comes to nudity and graphic surgery videos/photos. The content is to be used on our website, various advertising sites, IG and Tiktok. We are looking for someone passionate and creative.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Brainstorm and assist with the creation of promotions
Recognize and identify target markets and demographics with respect to different cosmetic procedures
Create content on IG/TikTok/Facebook to effectively communicate those promotions and solidify brand awareness to the consumer
Increase social media following and quality leads
Boost posts and advertising campaigns across social media
Track, analyze and report the success of advertisements, posts, campaigns with the sales team-KPI.
Communicate with sales team
Update Website with new before and afters and information related to office updates
Send Email Blasts to Clients
Assist in the implementation of advertising budget

REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of experience analyzing marketing data and KPIs
At least 5 years of marketing experience including graphic editing and content creation for social media and websites, with a demonstration on increasing following, leads, conversions, etc.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business and solid grasp on marketing concepts, such as consumer targeting and sales
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong Knowledge and experience in social media analytics to see if ads are working
Be CREATIVE! - Create an IG / TikTok video out of almost anything without losing focus on the services we provide.
Excellent editing skills and content creation both photos and video using Canva, Photoshop or other software
Must be comfortable and professional when it comes to nudity and graphic surgery videos/photos.
Reliable transportation to be in office

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS
IN PARAMUS OFFICE, NOT REMOTE
Full Time 40 hour work week. Hours vary depending on whether surgery is filmed (could start at 6am).
