Social Media/Content Creator Assistant

Responsibilities:

Responsible for strategy and execution of social media content across all platforms
Optimize performance and engagement across all social media channels
Understand the trends and direction of main social channels and implement best practices and trends (specifically TikTok, Instagram and Facebook)
Understands Influencer marketing, Paid Media to drive omni-channel social strategy that engages our customers at every touch point
Utilizes management tools to tracking on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis results that will grow the brand, increase number of new clients, and increase client retention
Oversee and manage all marketing channels, including website (Shopify), email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and mobile marketing
Nurture and grow Renew Beauty online community by responding to customer comments, answering questions, and actively engaging our audience.
Keeping up to date with service and product knowledge, events, & staff

Running & Analyzing AD's

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of related social media experience across all platforms within the beauty industry preferred
Uses social media as an opportunity for brand and product storytelling
Utilizes social media scheduling and analytics tools including, Google Analytics
Proven results in driving social media platform growth and engagement

Experience & understanding of running AD's
Ability to create content reels and still images posts and reels
Understanding of YouTube and Tik Tok, Facebook, & Instagram, organic and paid ads 
Highly effective time management skills
Interest and enthusiasm for health, wellness and beauty
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, non-verbal, and intuitive)

This will be a Hybrid position working from home and present at both locations to create content. Must be willing to travel 2-3 times a week (Dallas & Frisco), and be present at events for content. You will be working as a team with other social media creators on staff.
