Make a Difference Through Play, Connection, and Creativity
The Boys & Girls Club of Worcester is seeking an energetic, creative, and relationship-focused Social Recreation Coordinator to bring our Games Room and recreational programming to life. This temporary (possibly can become permanent) position is available immediately. This is a part time, Monday through Friday, 29 hour position, afternoons into evening hours.
The Social Recreation Coordinator, reporting to the Director of Operations, will design and lead engaging recreational and educational programs for youth ages 8-18. Through activities such as tournaments, game nights, team challenges, leadership activities, enrichment programs, and interactive learning experiences, the Coordinator will help members develop communication skills, sportsmanship, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and good character while having fun. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and passionate about creating memorable experiences that keep youth engaged, connected, and excited to come to the Club every day.
