Position Overview

As a Clinical Primary Therapist, you'll provide comprehensive mental health services to clients ages 5 and up in an outpatient setting. This role combines clinical excellence with a person-centered approach to mental healthcare.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention services through on-call rotation
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers and community resources
• Participate in treatment team meetings

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, or related field
• Current LMSW or LCSW licensure in New York State
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in mental health setting
• Valid NYS driver's license
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire
