What You’ll Do

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• A background in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is ideal, with a Master’s degree preferred but not required. Experience in social services is a must—bonus points if you’ve worked in a retirement community!
• A natural communicator who connects easily with residents, families, and team members, with a knack for empathy and respect.
• Someone with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office is a must) and the strength to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
