Social Worker/ Licensed Mental Health Practitioner– Senior Behavioral Health ($75K-$90K)
Columbus, NE USA
40 hrs/wk. Occasional weekend hours. Oversees the psychosocial needs of the patient and family while in the inpatient geriatric mental health unit.
These responsibilities include completing the Psychosocial Assessment and social history, Development of Treatment plans, Individual, Group, and Family Therapy. Discharge Planning.
  • Current NE License: Master’s in Social Worker (CMSW/LCSW),
  • Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP/LIMHP) Dual Licensed preferred.
  • Experience in Mental Health and gerontology preferred.
  • Sign-on bonus ($10K with a 1-year commitment).
  • Relocation assistance ranges from $5K - $15K depending upon how far of a move for the candidate.
