Clinical Mental Health Therapist - LMSW/LCSW (Outpatient Behavioral Health)

Position Overview

As a Clinical Therapist, you'll provide therapeutic services to diverse populations (ages 5+) while working collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling with day or evening shifts available.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy services
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic health records
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers and community resources
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency mental health evaluations (few times monthly)
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Foster a healing environment that promotes dignity, respect, and well-being

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, or related field
• Current LMSW or LCSW licensure in New York State
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in mental health setting
• Valid NYS driver's license
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain during orientation)
• CPI certification (required within 90 days of hire)

Compensation & Benefits

• LMSW: $36.20-$40.49/hour ($65,625-$88,442 annually)
• LCSW: $31.55-$42.52/hour
