Social Worker - Unlimited Growth Potential

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Temporary Social Worker, BSW to join a well known healthcare organization focused on providing exceptional healthcare to underserved communities. The successful candidate will conduct psychosocial assessments, provide interventions and counseling, and collaborate within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and reassessments for clients.
• Maintain a list of community emergency resources and facilitate client access.
• Provide psychosocial interventions including individual, family, and group counseling.
• Make appropriate referrals and promote internal referrals to FHCSD services.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create comprehensive treatment plans.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in community healthcare with infants and pre-natal care preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work required.
• Ability to travel promptly within San Diego County.
• Valid Class C California driver's license and proof of liability insurance.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.

Experience/Specialized Skills:

• Ability to maintain interpersonal interactions with diverse populations.
• Strong multitasking and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and insight into human behavior and family relations.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of behavior modification theories and psychosocial assessment best practices.
• Familiarity with San Diego County community resources.
