• Conduct assessments to

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social
  work, psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  
• Minimum of 2 years of
  experience in case management or social work.
  
• Strong understanding of
  social service systems and community resources.
  
• Excellent organizational and
  interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in case
  management software and tools.
  
• Empathy, cultural
  competence, and ability to handle sensitive situations.
