About the Role
A healthcare organization in Brooklyn is looking for a Software & CRM Developer to run point on their internal systems: CRM architecture, automations, dashboards, reporting. You'll be the person who understands how Monday.com, Salesforce, and everything connected to them actually fit together, and who fixes it when they don't. Training is available for the right candidate with strong technical instincts.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Systems Management

• Manage and maintain complex CRM environments, including board structures, permissions, user access, and system architecture


• Manage user onboarding, permissions, and access within Monday.com and Salesforce


• Support ongoing integrations and data synchronization between platforms

Automation & Development

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot workflow automations, including basic coding to support business processes


• Troubleshoot automation, workflow, and system issues across departments


• Develop scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities

Data & Reporting

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations


• Analyze data and ensure accuracy across multiple systems and integrations


• Perform system maintenance, data cleansing, reporting audits, and process improvements


• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for automation and optimization

Qualifications

• Strong CRM, systems, and workflow automation experience


• Excellent analytical, reporting, and data management skills


• Ability to understand how interconnected systems, databases, tables, boards, and automations relate to one another


• Experience troubleshooting complex system and automation issues


• Basic coding or scripting experience


• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset


• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail


• Monday.com administration experience a plus


• Salesforce Administration experience a plus


• Experience with AI, LLMs, and automation tools a plus


• Experience creating advanced dashboards and business intelligence reporting a plus
