In this role, you will lead projects and tech teams, mentoring and providing guidance throughout the development process. Your expertise will play a crucial role in designing and establishing top-tier software architecture, ensuring that our global clients receive innovative and effective solutions. You'll work collaboratively with a talented team to create maintainable and high-performing applications, driving success through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
Accountabilities
- Write maintainable, testable, and performant software in collaboration with the team.
- Provide project/program-level leadership, determining technology stack.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Design teams to define requirements and estimate efforts.
- Mentor the project team, offering feedback and guidance.
- Identify and address risks proactively.
- Research and share findings on new technologies and tools.
- Communicate effectively with all team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building modern production-grade web applications.
- Strong Java programming skills with experience in Spring Boot or Spring Cloud.
- Proficient in JS frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices.
- Deep understanding of components of modern web applications (APIs, templating, etc.).
- Knowledge of core web principles (HTTP, DOM, SSL, web servers).
- Fluency with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive work ethic.
- Desire to enhance software development workflows.
