Software Delivery Engineer

We are currently searching for a Software Delivery Engineer (Contractor):

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect new functionality related to software delivery automation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD processes and pipelines.
• Automate and simplify various aspects of software delivery and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, code scanning, and follow best development practices.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance automation.
• Collaborate with teams to improve build pipelines and source code management systems.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Linux with scripting skills in Python or Shell.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab administration (or similar tools like GitHub or Bitbucket).
• Strong understanding and experience with CI/CD automation processes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Solid AWS experience (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired:

• Familiarity with security scanning tools such as Black Duck and Checkmarx.
• Experience with container security scanning solutions.

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.

• Hybrid (Mexico City TechM offices)
