Knowledge of Lean/Agile concepts including scrums, burnups, retrospectives, backlog, and minimizing WIP Knowledge of software engineering methods and tools (structured development, thread management, verification testing) Knowledge of requirement verification Ability to develop partnerships with cross-functional areas within and outside of product development Design Controls expertise with particular focus on requirements, design, verification, and traceability Java experience Python programming experience Experience writing documents, reports, memos and change requests Experience using version control systems Willingness to work onsite at our Arden Hills, MN site Experience developing safety critical software in a regulated product industry (medical device, aerospace, automotive, or defense) Experience working with a global R&D team Experience prioritizing resource needs across competing projects Experience in leading change management initiatives Strong communication skills, including technical discussions at all levels Medical device experience in capital systems (e.g. imaging products) development with hardware/software integration Linux and Windows operating system configuration and management, including cybersecurity solutions
