Design, develop, and implement robust ServiceNow workflows to streamline Enterprise business processes. Configure and optimize ServiceNow, focusing on workflow automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for workflow processes. Develop and maintain technical support documentation for ServiceNow workflows and processes. Ensure data integrity and system security within the ServiceNow environment. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for workflow-related issues in ServiceNow. Implement best practices for ServiceNow workflow development and process improvement. Collaborate on integrations with various enterprise systems to enhance workflow functionality. Must have, at minimum a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience OR a relevant Masters Degree with 0 years of experience OR an Associates Degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 year of experience. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with HTML and JavaScript. Strong conceptual, analytical, and planning skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple changing priorities. Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies, including defining and estimating user stories. A strong commitment to working cooperatively in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in release, unit, and user acceptance testing. Proven experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on workflow process development. Strong understanding of ITIL IT Service Management processes and best practices. Experience working with internal and external customers. Proficiency in JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for third-party integrations. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable. Experience with Automated Testing Framework (ATF) and developing test scripts. Agile experience, including roles such as Scrum Master and Product Owner, is a plus. Experience in Program Increment (PI) planning, including defining PI Objectives as part of an Agile team. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
