Software Development and Technology Assistant

Software Support for 3PL WMS Software
Developing areas for improvement to software and internal processes
Trouble shooting software issues and user training
Improve and develop RF Scanning Processes for mobile platform
Training users in warehouse on scanning processes and technology
Client Setups
Assist in Software Updates and Upgrades
System Report modifications
XML Dataport/Data Import processes
Equipment Maintenance for mobile scanning
IT systems support
Wi-fi Network troubleshooting
Inventory Assistance
Assisting or Managing inventory Counts and Cycle Counts
Inventory reconciliation and root cause analysis

Requirements

Technical Support Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
