Software Engineer

Healthcare firm building the next generation of financial infrastructure in healthcare—systems that help patients secure coverage and ensure providers get paid. This role is a rare opportunity to design and build foundational systems in a vital, high-impact domain.

The team works with technologies such as Rust, Remix, React, TypeScript, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and AI/LLMs. Engineers will own core services and critical functionalities, contributing across distributed systems, UX, data management, workflow automation, and tooling in a regulated environment.

What They’re Looking For

• 1 to 6 years of professional experience (including strong internships or equivalent) in software engineering
  

• Proven track record with modern languages, frameworks, or infrastructure work
  

• Comfort working on core backend systems, distributed services, and integrating AI/ML or complex workflows
  

• Strong sense of ownership, care about developer experience, and ability to thrive in high-leverage, mission-critical settings
  

• Desire to move fast while maintaining high standards of code quality, security, resilience
