Job Description - Software Engineer

Position Title: Software Engineer

Location: Reston, VA

Work Arrangement: 100% onsite

Endurance IT Services is seeking an experienced Software Engineer in Northern Virginia! You'll join a small, agile team focused on building and supporting scalable solutions that power Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service operations. This hands-on role combines Dynamics 365 CRM expertise with full-stack software engineering, requiring ownership of solution design, development, integrations, and production support across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
Build scalable enterprise applications using .NET, C#, SQL, Azure services, and modern web technologies.
Develop and maintain integrations between CRM platforms, internal systems, and third-party applications using APIs and event-driven architectures.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and production support.
Troubleshoot complex issues across CRM, databases, and integrated systems while driving long-term solutions.
Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions that ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications.
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or comparable CRM platforms), including customization and integration.
Expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, Azure services, and modern application development practices.
Experience with Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Key Vault, and Azure SQL.
Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service business processes.
Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues across multiple systems and integrations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
