What You Will Do

  Build & Ship Fast – Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications powering AI-driven management systems.

  AI-First Product Development – Integrate and optimize AI/LLM models to automate management workflows.

  End-to-End Ownership – Own features across the stack (Node.js, TypeScript, Postgres) and deploy in production.

  Scalability & Performance – Architect systems capable of handling real-time data and team management at scale.

  Customer-Centric Engineering – Collaborate with users and internal stakeholders to build impactful, intuitive products.

  High-Velocity Execution – Operate in a fast-paced environment where iteration, speed, and impact matter.

  
  

What Will You Bring

• 
  

  3+ years of experience in full-stack web development, ideally in startups or early-stage companies.

  
  


• 
  

  Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Postgres, and modern web frameworks.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with AI/ML models (LLMs a plus).

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to ship production-ready code quickly while maintaining engineering standards.

  Strong problem-solving skills and product intuition.

Compensation & Perks

  Salary: $150k - $215k

  Equity: 0.25% - 1%
