We are looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer with experience in early stage tech startups to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust functionality. If you have a strong product and design sense, can own functionality end-to-end, and are excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Node.js and React.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of our mobile app written in React Native.
Collaborate with product and design teams to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional applications.
Own the development lifecycle of features from inception through production deployment.
Write clean, maintainable code while following best practices.
Identify and resolve performance issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in full stack development with Node.js and React.
Proven experience in early stage companies, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities.
Strong product and design sense with the ability to create intuitive user experiences.
Ability to own functionality end-to-end and drive projects to completion.
Demonstrated ability to outperform peers with similar years of experience; a “high slope” individual.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Haves
Experience with AWS cloud platform.
Knowledge of SQL database design and management.
