【Typical Accountability】
1. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following backend development best practices
2. Own and implement backend features in production-grade services with semi-weekly deployments
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, frontend, mobile, and QA teams to ship quality releases
4. Participate in unit and integration testing to ensure system stability and performance
5. Drive backend scalability and optimization with smart data structures and algorithms
6. Contribute to technical discussions, architectural decisions, and code reviews
7. Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve development processes and outcomes
8. Mentor and support junior team members in a collaborative engineering culture

【Essential Competencies】
1. BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
2. 2+ years of backend development experience, ideally using Golang
3. Experience building and maintaining cloud-based, production-level applications
4. Familiarity with distributed storage technologies (e.g. RDBMS, NoSQL, caching systems)
5. Knowledge of scalable architecture including SOA and microservices
6. Experience with API design and performance optimization
7. Hands-on with CI/CD tools (e.g. CircleCI, GitHub Actions) and Git version control
8. Understanding of containerized application development (Docker, Kubernetes preferred)
9. Solid communication skills and comfort working in agile teams

【主要職責】
1. 撰寫結構清晰、可維護且具備良好註解的後端程式碼
2. 根據產品規劃與排程開發新功能，定期部署至正式環境
3. 與產品、前端、行動端與 QA 團隊合作，確保功能品質與效率
4. 撰寫並維護單元與整合測試，確保系統穩定性
5. 運用有效資料結構與演算法，實現高效商業邏輯
6. 參與架構設計與技術討論，提出最佳化建議
7. 主動學習與導入新技術以優化開發流程
8. 協助新進或初階工程師成長與技術交流

【必要條件】
1. 資訊工程或相關科系學士／碩士學位
2. 至少兩年以上後端開發經驗，具 Golang 實務經驗者佳
3. 熟悉雲端服務架構，能獨立開發並維運生產級應用
4. 熟悉分散式資料存取技術（如 RDBMS、NoSQL、快取等）
5. 具備設計與維護 API 經驗，了解效能調校技巧
6. 熟悉 CI/CD 流程與工具（如 CircleCI、GitHub Actions）
7. 了解 Git 與版本控制流程
8. 熟悉容器化技術，具 Docker / Kubernetes 實務經驗
9. 具備良好的英文讀寫與跨團隊溝通能力
