Software Engineer - Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)

Introduction
We are seeking highly skilled Software Engineers to support a mission-critical contract with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). We are building advanced systems leveraging Java, AWS Cloud, Postgres, Spring, and REACT technologies to solve complex national security challenges. We are also pioneering GenAI application development and test automation, and need innovative engineers ready to deliver secure, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Skills
The ideal candidate will possess several of the following skills:
- Backend Development: Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and PostgreSQL
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)
- Frontend Development: Proficiency with REACT for responsive, modern UIs
- GenAI Integration: Experience designing or integrating Generative AI applications
- Automated Testing: Familiarity with Python, Selenium, and GenAI-assisted test frameworks
- Agile Delivery: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, delivering secure and maintainable code
- Security Mindset: Understanding of secure coding practices in compliance with federal guidelines

Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance (required at time of application)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering roles
- U.S. Citizenship (due to contract requirements)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including working in cross-functional teams
