Role Overview
What You Will Do
- Develop and deliver software iteratively and incrementally under guidance.
- Implement small features and bug fixes with coaching from senior engineers.
- Write unit tests and follow established testing utilities and patterns.
- Ask for clarification early, communicate progress, and escalate blockers quickly.
- Perform unit, integration, and regression testing and strengthen test coverage.
- Interpret, refine, and challenge business requirements; document technical decisions.
- Support deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to operational readiness.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional development experience with Java and or Python.
- Intermediate experience delivering production-quality features in modern languages.
- Solid understanding of relational/NoSQL schema design and query patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment workflows.
- Ability to produce technical documentation and participate in design discussions.
