Software Engineer - Oculus Studios Developer Experience

The engineer will work on custom solutions aligned with the Metaverse, gain familiarity with multiple coding languages, game engines, source control solutions, and cloud platforms. They will also assist in onboarding new game studio engineers to Meta infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing backend services, expertise in C/C++, Python, and a broad knowledge of game development and enterprise -scale infrastructure. Preferred qualifications include experience with AAA titles, major game engines, source control systems, cloud solutions, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. The public compensation ranges from $173,000/year to $241,000/year, along with bonuses, equity, and benefits.
