You'll lead a talented software team to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring repeatable performance and driving innovation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project/program management, HR, and engineering departments), coach and mentor team members to nurture skill growth, and implement best practices to achieve excellence—and much more."

  **Developing and maintaining domain competences while coaching the team and growing World Class Engineering Experts** ,

  **Providing support to team project/program execution** ,

  **Promoting Alstom values to your team** ,

  **Continuously motivating, encouraging, evaluating, recognizing, training, and developing team resources in cooperation with HR as per approved performance evaluation processes and targets** ,

  **Deploying Process, Methods, and Tools in the Test Engineering team, while providing feedback for process reviews** ,

  
  


• 
  

  **Collecting REX (Return of Experience) from execution and identifying innovation opportunities to enhance the Reference Library and share outcomes at the department level**
