Software Engineering Manager

This person will play a key part in leading and managing a team of software engineers who play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the systems and applications that power our organization and empower our customers.This person in this role should be located in PST or MST time zones.

Required Qualifications:B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent is preferred3+ years of proven experience managing technical teams and delivering on goalsTrack record of delivering projects and collaborating with leaders across the organizationExperience with SOA, Web Services and large distributed systemsExperience developing with .NET and C# and front-end technologies such as Angular 11+Experience creating CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps is a nice to have)Experience with GitHubExperience with Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM

Compensation : Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of

$200,000.The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position.
